Nadia Signore is a passionate Recruiter, specializing in the fashion and retail industries. In 2005, Nadia completed her studies in Fashion Marketing at LaSalle College International Fashion School in Montreal. Since then, she spent several years in the fashion/wholesale industry, in a marketing position in which she was responsible for Canadian marketing activities for multiple brands. Nadia’s passion for retail led her to make a career change and thus she spent four years managing the flagship location for Italian retailer, Miss Sixty. With over five years recruitment expertise, Nadia joined Prestige Recruitment in 2013, as a Recruitment Director. Nadia has been nominated one of Canada’s Top Recruiters in 2019!

Elena Dell’Ermo has over fifteen years experience in the Fashion Industry. She spent most of her career managing and mentoring sales teams in both major retail chains and distribution companies in Montreal. She maintained strong partnerships with buyers, suppliers and retailers in the industry across North America. Elena has extensive knowledge and experience in sales, merchandising, operations, buying and recruiting top talents. Her passion, dedication and appreciation for the fashion industry have given Elena sound judgement and perspective in retaining top talents for her clients. Elena graduated in Journalism and PR and continues to develop her knowledge in different industries by constantly staying in tune with market and world trends.

Lilianne Nguyen is a fashion retail professional with over twelve years of experience. With roots building and mentoring winning teams, Lilianne’s passion is founded in recognizing, retaining and nurturing talent. Coupled with a seasoned background working at commercial retailers such as Swatch and Fossil Group, Lilianne also has an equally strong background in luxury retail with La Maison Ogilvy. She found a renewed determination in leadership through her time at University du Quebec à Montreal’s École des Sciences de la Gestion, where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She finished her last year of master’s while on maternity leave, with overwhelming excitement to begin her career as Recruitment Director.

Mélanie Richer is a Fashion Design graduate from Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy in Quebec City.
Her passion for fashion brought her to Montreal where she worked as a designer for fifteen years with a specialization in Denim. Her experience in the field partnered with her approachability, is a great asset for the Prestige team as she is able to understand and sincerely help creative professionals, as herself find the best environment and career fit.  She thrives on professionalism, transparency and team spirit.

Romain Puig has gained over fifteen years of experience as a manager of handling large teams in customer service, finance and retail, after his graduation from a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration in 2004. He has a solid background in multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill companies and candidates’ needs. Through those years he has developed a passion for talent acquisition and a deep knowledge of the job market. Romain is always looking for the best association between both employers and employees on a very large variety of job opportunities.

Son-Thi Nguyen is a cross-cultural person that has been working in the field of customer service for over eight years. She enriched her knowledge of retail and fashion while working for Sweden’s top retailer, H&M, in Montreal. She has participated in many store openings as well as designer collaborations. Her passion for people and organizational values had helped her grow her talent and knowledge in training and recruitment. Son-Thi recently completed her human resource management program at Mcgill University and is now thriving herself in her work with positivity, ambition and team spirit.
